  • Personal taping is not permitted. CDs of the lectures will be available for purchase during and after the conference.
  • Laptops and other devices that can be used for the transcription/recording of lectures are not permitted in the lecture rooms.
  • We request that you turn off your cell phone or have it on “vibrate” during the lectures.

  • Rooms: $114 per night (single or double). Be sure to identify yourself as a SOTA 2012 conference attendee.
  • Room rates are guaranteed until 30 days prior to the Conference. However, we advise you to book early to ensure you get a room.
  • Please stay at the Sheraton. In exchange for our renting their rooms, they host the conference at an affordable rate, so it’s important that we honor the spirit of this arrangement. You’ll have a more relaxed and enjoyable time at the conference, too.
